  • What happens if I win?
    If you win you'll be called immediately after your entry is drawn. If you do not answer this phone call, we will follow up and attempt to get into contact with you. Once we reach you, we will arrange delivery of your prize.
  • Can I enter another draw if I've already won?
    Yes! If you've already won a previous promotion; you're welcome to participate in any or all future promotions.
  • Do you fianace any of your vehicles?
    No, we do not finance any of our vehicles.
  • Do I need to be watching the live in order to win?
    No, you don't have to be watching the draw live in order to win. If you win you'll be called immediately via the number you've given us when you purchased your package. If you don't answer this call; don't worry! You will have three months to get back to us. If you don't contact us in this timeframe then the prize will go to the reserve winner.
  • Is this a raffle or trade promotion?
    This is a trade promotion, not a raffle.

    Anyone who is 18+ can enter the draw if they live in the applicable state(s). These states include VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, NT, TAS.
  • How can I find out who won?
    Check Your Email: If you participated in the contest, be sure to check your email. We send out notifications to all participants with the details of the winner, along with any next steps or prize collection instructions. Social Media: Follow us on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for real-time updates. We often announce winners and share congratulatory posts to recognise their achievement.
  • How do I know if I'm in the draw?
    If your purchase was successful, you will receive a conformation email stating how many entries you have brought to confirm that you're in the draw.
  • Is this promotion Australia wide?
    No, this promotion is only open to people in the states of VIC, QLD, NSW, WA, NT, and/or TAS.
  • Do I need a certain about of entries to enter?
    You only need at least 1 entry to be entered into the draw.
  • Where and how can I watch the draw?
    We will do a live draw on our Facebook account, GetOutdoorsAustralia when it is time to announce the winner. The winning entry will be drawn using www.randomdraws.com by TPAL electronically and will be shown on the livestream. We will immediately call the winner after the entry is pulled.
  • Can I cancel my membership at My Site anytime?
    Yes. To cancel your membership, simply log into your account on our website, navigate to the membership section, and follow the cancellation instructions. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, our customer service team is always here to help.
  • How do I enter the draw?
